Conference Information

The Tacoma Dome is committed to creating a safe experience for all guests. Security screening is in place for all events.
  • Metal detectors at all entry doors
  • Backpacks are prohibited
  • All bags are subject to search
  • Weapons, including pocket knives, are prohibited
Friday - June 21st 9am to 6pm
Saturday - June 22nd 9am to 4pm
Please Note: Free Parking will be available at the parking lot A on Friday, & Saturday but after 12:30pm on FRIDAY ONLY you will need to show the parking attendant your conference registration form or this in order to park for free. There will be a graduation going on from 12:30 to 6:00 and they have to pay for parking. Try to arrive before 12:30pm in order to avoid congestion. Parking Pass Here is a map of the parking lots. Note that we are in the Exhibition Hall  Map of Tacoma Dome If the parking lot is full, you may park for free at the light rail Tacoma Dome Station just a 4 minute walk from the dome. See Map
No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the dome. EMPTY plastic water bottles or an empty, CLEAR (not smoke colored or any other “frosted” color) Hydrapak will be allowed into the venue after inspection. USC Aluminum bottle is OK Exceptions may be granted for baby formula, baby bottles, baby food, medication, or other special health-related needs. There will be food you can purchase from concessions, or the numerous fast food locations and restaurants that are within walking distance. Dome security will be checking bags for safety.
Experienced homeschool parents are available Friday and Saturday during exhibit hall hours to answer your homeschooling questions and to share wisdom and encouragement with you.
The Homeschool 911 booth is located just inside the exhibit hall to the right.
There is a room in the lobby that will be marked, past the concessions for nursing mothers to use.
