Homeschooling Special Needs Kids

Schooling can be especially difficult for our differently-abled children for a number of reasons: overwhelming classroom environments, being constantly compared to their neurotypical peers, not enough special needs resources available, to name a few. With homeschooling, the stress of navigating that world disappears. As a parent, we’re able to allow our children the space and ability to grow at their own pace, in their owns ways, while solely focusing on what works best for them. Homeschooling gives us the freedom to adapt their education to them and their specific needs in a way that isn’t rushed or pressured.
